A Brief History of Tai Tzu Chang Chuan






                                     

                                         Zhao, Kuang-Yin
 Tai Tzu Chang Chuan ( Grand Progenitor Long Fist ) was created by Zhao, Kuang -Yin. Born in 928 A.D., Zhao grew up into a military family that produced Generals for Emperors dating as far back as 1164 B.C.. He started studying Martial Arts at a early age along with his younger brother, Zhao, Kuang-Yin on the insistence of Zhao's Father. His studies were with several External Arts, including Shaolin Styles, along with Internal Arts taught by a Taoist Priest named Chen Po. Chen Po also passed down the study of the Tai Chi Ruler, which was passed down through the ages in the Zhao Family. Zhao, Kuang - Yin followed his father into a military career, and was made the head of the palace guards in the Zhou Dynasty,
